About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping to produce, package, and prepare high-quality products for customers across the UK.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the production and blending of ingredients.
- Preparing materials and packaging for production runs.
- Filling, bottling, labelling, and packing finished products.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Following all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Cleaning and sanitising production equipment and work areas.
- Supporting warehouse and stock control activities when required.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.
Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling tasks.
